A & L Heating and Air, LLC in Maryville, TN is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance and on-demand service for residential and light commercial systems. The role includes a take-home vehicle, gas card, uniforms, and tools, with year-round work and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing HVAC equipment, advising on indoor air quality, and interpreting wiring diagrams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• NATE Certification or obtain during employment.
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsabilités

• Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Offer excellent customer service and client care.
• Consult with customers about indoor air quality accessories and annual maintenance.
• Year-round service and maintenance.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Provide feedback to Service Manager on training needs, inventory, and pricing.
