The McClure Company is searching for an HVAC Service Technician. This position will perform a variety of service-related duties, including diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment such as RTUs, boilers, and chillers, performing approved repairs, and building rapport with customers for ongoing maintenance accounts.

Essential Functions:

1. Perform periodic HVAC maintenance on a variety of equipment
2. Troubleshoot wiring, relay logic, control systems
3. Conduct in-depth site surveys to identify mechanical and operating malfunctions within a facility
4. Facilitate effective communication among the internal team, sub-contractors, and customers
5. Demonstrate good leadership and communication skills
6. Provide quality customer service and follow-up as needed
7. Coordinate with customers and team members regarding project status
8. Other duties as assigned

Experience, Skills & Attributes Required:

• 5+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC field experience
• Understanding of Building Management Systems
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
• Desire to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer advocacy
• Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Energetic with a high sense of urgency
• Refrigeration experience is encouraged but not required
