We are searching for a technician who not only has strong HVAC skills but also sales ability. This role offers a path to becoming a Comfort Advisor on our team, where youll have the opportunity to make commissions and earn a high incomewell over six figures. We offer sales training for technicians who have the desire to grow into a Comfort Advisor role.


As an HVAC technician with us, youll have the freedom to operate like an entrepreneur while enjoying the stability and support of a trusted brand. Your own work van (newer than 2020) will be fully stocked with everything you need. We provide tools or compensate you to buy your equipment. Plus, youll get a gas card, company-issued iPad, and assistance with your cell phone billand you can take the van home to save on commuting costs.

Your Role at One Hour Heating & Air

As an HVAC technician, youll provide expert residential and light commercial HVAC services, from maintenance and repairs to troubleshooting and system diagnostics. Youll also contribute to our fun, competitive culture while building strong client relationships and maintaining high standards of professionalism. As you develop your sales skills, youll have the opportunity to step into a Comfort Advisor role, leading our team in sales and maximizing your earning potential.

What Youll Need:

• 3+ years of HVAC experience.
