Eskimo Brothers is a trusted air conditioning and heater repair company serving the Tampa and Brandon area. We specialize in servicing heaters, air conditioners, furnaces, air ducts, heat pumps, and other HVAC systems for customers in Hillsborough, Polk, and Pinellas counties.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and driven HVAC Service Technician (Sales) to join our team in Tampa/Brandon, FL. This role combines technical expertise with sales skills to provide exceptional service and promote our HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair experience and a passion for delivering superior customer experiences.

This position involves servicing HVAC systems and identifying opportunities for system upgrades, maintenance, or new installations. It is commission-based, offering significant earning potential for results-driven professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Perform HVAC installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and components efficiently and accurately.
• Identify opportunities for system upgrades, maintenance agreements, and other services tailored to customer needs.
• Communicate technical findings and solutions clearly and professionally to customers.
• Promote and sell maintenance packages, warranties, and new equipment when appropriate.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant codes and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and sales made.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers while promoting additional services.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening.
