Boothe’s Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical is looking for experienced Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our Annapolis area team. You’ll run your own truck, mentor apprentices, and help us achieve 100% customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

3+ years in HVAC maintenance, diagnosis, and repair (must have run your own truck)
EPA Universal license required (we can help you get it if needed)
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work independently
Excellent communication skills and a commitment to exceeding expectations
Organized, thorough, and committed to doing the job right the first time

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems
Educate customers on system performance, maintenance needs, and upgrade options
Generate accurate quotes, process payments, and document all work performed
Maintain proper truck inventory and communicate with dispatch and parts department
Mentor HVAC apprentices and support their growth
Participate in on‑call rotation as needed
Keep a clean, professional appearance and deliver a 5‑star customer experience
Complete all work to meet or exceed local, state, and national codes
