HVAC Service Technician - Residential HVAC Servicing Company - Base Salary to 35.00/hour - Austin, TX

• Our client is a residential mechanical service company for Austin/Dripping Springs. As a company they provide the following services: preventative maintenance, residential HVAC equipment repair & installation.
  
• Currently they are seeking a HVAC Service Technician to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient, will enjoy mentoring junior techs in the industry and is looking for a company to grow with.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
  
• Diagnose, assess, and troubleshoot various types of residential HVAC equipment
  
• Performs disassembly and reassembly of residential HVAC equipment to perform troubleshooting and planned maintenance.
  
• Basic PC skills (Microsoft Office Suite, etc.)
  
• Ability to read electrical wiring diagrams and blueprints
  
• Wearing proper personal protective gear

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience as a residential HVAC service technician or related position.
  
• HVAC certification or relevant trade school education preferred but not required.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to 35.00/hour with commission on sales
