Location: Sarasota, FL (Service area: Sarasota down to Punta Gorda and up to Ruskin)

We’re seeking an experienced, customer-focused HVAC Technician who takes pride in their craft and enjoys solving problems. In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for maintaining, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems for both residential and commercial clients. What You'll Be Doing:

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across homes and commercial properties
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance
• Diagnose issues quickly and recommend cost-effective solutions
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Educate customers on system use, energy-saving tips, and maintenance best practices
• Explain repair vs. replacement options to help clients make informed decisions
• Maintain accurate service records, including time, parts, and work performed
• Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols
• Respond to emergency calls and participate in the on-call rotation
• Work closely with teammates to boost efficiency and exceed customer expectations

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED required; HVAC certification or technical degree
• At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience (residential + commercial)
• Solid understanding of HVAC systems and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical documents
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working solo or as part of a team
• Physically able to lift equipment and work in confined spaces when needed
