Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential HVAC service calls, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend repair solutions to homeowners.
• Complete maintenance, repairs, and system evaluations with emphasis on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers.

We're looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our residential service team. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys helping homeowners, and can confidently diagnose and repair residential heating and cooling systems. What You’ll Do

• Perform residential HVAC service calls, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend appropriate repair solutions to homeowners.
• Complete maintenance, repairs, and system evaluations with attention to quality and customer satisfaction.
• Clearly explain system issues, repair options, and recommendations to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and customer information in the company's system.
• Communicate with the office and dispatch team regarding job updates, scheduling, and follow-up needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment, including your vehicle and job sites.
• Follow company procedures and safety standards while delivering dependable service.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with a 7:30AM start time and rotating on-call shifts

Pay:

$25.00-35.00 hourly plus spiffs, average annual earnings range from 80,000 - 100,000+ annually

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience, with the ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot common heating and cooling system issues
• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC equipment, components, and service practices
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues and perform quality repairs.
• EPA certification
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to homeowners
• A dependable, professional approach and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with the office and fellow technicians
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record
