Job summary

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose, repair and maintain residential systems in the Pompano Beach and Port St. Lucie areas. You will present options and pricing, order parts, and collect payment while ensuring compliance with local and national codes.

The role also serves as a mentor to installers. We offer market-rate pay from $22.00 to $30.00 per hour, a rewarding bonus/commission plan, robust PTO, health/vision/dental, a 401(k) with company

Qualifications

• 3+ years servicing HVAC systems with diagnosis and repair.
• EPA Universal certification is required.
• NATE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Use hand and power tools to inspect and repair components.
• Build client relationships through excellent service and communication.
• Educate clients on systems and maintenance needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve home comfort systems.
• Document work and recommendations on forms and reports.
• Complete tasks in line with quality and safety standards.

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is currently seeking HVAC Service Technicians to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Technicians are responsible to diagnose all aspects of the HVAC system, give customers options and pricing of repairs, order parts for install purposes and collect payment upon completion while ensuring quality work is completed to all local and national codes. The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers.

Responsibilities

What Wil I Do?

• Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

• 3+ years of experience in Servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• EPA Universal required
• Nate Certification Preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
