Job summary

Lindstrom Air Conditioning & Plumbing is seeking HVAC Service Technicians to diagnose all aspects of HVAC systems, present repair options, order parts, and collect payments while ensuring code compliance. Join a team dedicated to delivering excellent customer service in Florida.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• NATE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
• Operate hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces, condensers, and compressors.
• Build client relationships with outstanding service and strong communication.
• Educate clients on system maintenance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve clients’ home comfort systems.

The role will serve as a mentor to HVAC Installers.

Responsibilities:

What Wil I Do?

• Successfully perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect repair, and conduct maintenance on furnaces, condensers, and compressors
• Build client relationships by providing outstanding service through strong communication and customer service skills
• Educate your clients on their systems and maintenance requirements
• Identify opportunities for clients to improve their home comfort systems through product overview
• Document service performed and recommendations made by completing applicable forms, reports, logs and/or records
• Complete all tasks in accordance with quality and safety standards

Qualifications:

Do I have What it Takes?

• 3+ years of experience in Servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
• EPA Universal required
• Nate Certification Preferred but not required
• Mechanical aptitude
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
• Results driven in a high-energy environment
• Attention to detail
• Must be able to follow directions and work independently
