• EPA certification and a valid HVAC technician license.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair residential air conditioning systems, including central air conditioners, ductless mini-splits, and heat pumps.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues accurately.
• Conduct thorough inspections to ensure systems operate safely and efficiently.
• Build trust with customers through clear, professional communication and explanations of issues and solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of services performed.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies.
