Base pay range

$30.00/hr - $55.00/hr

HVAC Technician - No On-Call Rotation/After Hours Calls

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, and maintain air conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
• Ability to quote and sell equipment.
• Explain the benefits of maintenance contracts to current customers to ensure products last longer. Perform preventative maintenances to protect the customers investment.
• Discuss various options with clients when it comes to heating and cooling systems and help them determine which option is best for their situation.
• Troubleshoot issues with the current system as problems arise.
• Ability to use electrical test equipment, pressure gauges, hand tools, power tools, voltage and current meters.
• Ability to work independently, or part of a team, to identify and resolve problems in the field.

Salary

Salary is commensurate with qualification and experience. The current pay range is $30 - $55+ per hour. Our compensation package includes hourly rate and generous performance-based compensation. Additional incentives are in place in the form of monthly companywide contests that award cash prizes.
