Service Wizard in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to install, service and repair residential HVAC systems. The role requires strong customer service, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
You will diagnose issues, perform maintenance, document work orders, and ensure safety and quality standards. A valid HVAC technician license and driver’s license are required, with 2–5 years of experience preferred.
The ideal HVAC Service Technician candidate should have exceptional customer service and HVAC service experience. Successful candidates are organized and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Service Manager. Must be available to work full shifts plus overtime.
