Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to service and maintain equipment on national accounts across U.S. sites.

The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC units, following blueprints or engineering specs, and coordinating on-site work with customers. You will also perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, and prepare installations by reviewing layouts and gathering materials.

Qualifications

• HVAC Service Tech responsibilities include servicing products for national accounts.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance, site surveys, replacements and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation by reviewing layout, materials, and coordinating work.
• Maintain vehicle and equipment records and ensure proper documentation.

Responsibilities

• Servicing products and equipment on assigned projects to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Diagnose units using hand-tools and blueprints or specs.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles and equipment; document work and costs.
• Provide technical support to customers on-site.
• Travel and overtime as needed, including overnight stays.
