We have calls to run every day with our marketing efforts and strong alliance partners. We keep our technicians busy year-round.

• $25 - 35/hr. DOE + Commission
• Above market wages and performance incentives paid out weekly via direct deposit - Earn $80,000.00 to $180,000.00 + per year!

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and address the customer’s HVAC concerns and present options to customers.
• Successfully perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer satisfaction.
• Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment.
• Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service.
• Complete all required documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties, and collect, record, and deliver fees to the office.
• Attend weekly training meetings.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of two years of experience preferred in residential HVAC Service.
• EPA Certificate.
• Attention to detail.
• Valid Driver’s license, excellent customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to raise, manipulate, and maneuver tools, components, and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.
• Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds, including duct work, furnaces, or materials.
