Job summary

Bradley Mechanical is seeking an experienced residential HVAC service technician. Join Bradley Mechanical as part of Yellowstone Local’s representation to diagnose, repair, and maintain home HVAC systems, ensuring safety and efficiency for customers.

You'll work Mon-Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with a take-home vehicle, uniforms, comprehensive insurance, a Simple IRA, PTO, and holidays. EPA 608 certification is required; NATE/Journeyman are preferred but not required, and a driver’s license is

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience required.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• NATE Certification preferred but not required.
• Journeyman License preferred but not required.
• Residential HVAC maintenance, tune-up, and system inspection experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation preferred.
• Valid driver's license meeting company requirements.
• Ability to safely perform duties with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
• Service air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, boilers, and related equipment.
• Troubleshoot electrical, refrigeration, airflow, and system performance issues.
• Complete repairs safely and according to manufacturer specifications.
• Explain repair recommendations clearly to homeowners.
• Complete service documentation promptly.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service during every visit.
• Manage service calls independently while coordinating with dispatch and team.
