You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems, perform routine maintenance, and help install or replace components while following our established service process. Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Comfort working with heights.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems, including air conditioning and heating units.
• Perform routine maintenance such as replacing filters and cleaning coils.
• Handle repairs and maintenance on appliances and HVAC components.
• Install, replace, or repair thermostats, condensers, and compressors.
• Document issues and repairs clearly and follow safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure systems function correctly and provide excellent customer service.
