Marr’s Heating, AC, Plumbing & Electrical is a locally trusted home-services provider serving homeowners in Bellingham and surrounding Whatcom County. We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service / Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while following Marr’s proven in-home process for a consistent customer experience.

You will explain work to customers, present three options, and promote the Marr’s Maintenance Agreement Plan on every call,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on residential HVAC service and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems to company standards.
• Explain the work to the customer before you begin and walk them through what you did and found after finishing
• Present three options on every opportunity, and offer the Marr’s Maintenance Agreement Plan on every service
• Quote repairs on-site using the flat-rate pricebook and collect payment before you leave
• Complete checklists and job documentation on every call with equipment details and photos
• Spot opportunities across trades and share leads with the team
• Handle refrigerant per company standards and identify warranty situations on-site
• Keep the home respectful and tidy with Marr’s branding on equipment
