Job summary

New England Mechanical Services, Inc. is seeking HVAC Technicians to maintain, troubleshoot, repair, replace, and operate commercial HVAC systems for our Latham, NY Operations Group. We require 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience and strong technical aptitude.

You will work in a small team, communicate clearly with clients, and be flexible for overtime and weekend work as demand requires. A valid driver’s license is required.

Job Summary

Ability to work well within a small team setting.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Interact with the client in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining a clean and neat appearance.

Qualifications

• Commercial HVAC systems experience (5+ years).
• Must have a driver’s license.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, smell and lift, set-up and climb ladders as well as stairways. The employee is frequently required to stand and occasionally sit. The employee must regularly lift and /or move various weight ranges such as 0-50 lbs. frequently, 51-100 lbs. occasionally and 101 plus seldom. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Maintain a neat and clean appearance and utilize all protective equipment provided and as required.

• Compensation Range: $70-$110k
• Other Compensation: Sales incentive eligible
