What you will do

Do you have HVAC experience? We are looking for HVAC systems mechanics who have worked in light commercial and/or heavy commercial markets to join our team to work with the most advanced heavy commercial and industrial cutting-edge equipment.

Qualifications: Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, with a minimum of five (5) years of practical, actual experience in the HVAC, plumbing, pipefitting, and/or mechanical equipment service industry. You may be required to pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill.

Provide our customers with the highest level of service to solve building inefficiencies and resolve service-related items. As a trusted advisor, you will provide solutions and outcomes at the time of service.

How will you do it?

Mechanics should have practical experience in light commercial or commercial mechanical equipment. May be required to pass an examination to identify special skills. Scope of work is limited to commercial HVACR service. Servicemen may partner with Journeymen in repairing centrifugal, steam turbines, absorption machines, open-drive screw chillers, and ammonia systems. Perform maintenance, repair, and replacement services on commercial heating and cooling systems. Provide recommendations and solutions to ensure facility efficiency, including upselling opportunities. Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

What we look for

Required:

• Five (5) years of commercial and/or industrial mechanical troubleshooting experience in the HVAC industry.
• Ability to commit to a 30-hour OSHA certification, to be completed after hours and on weekends, upon hire.
• Computer proficiency with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical journeyman status.

Preferred:

• Seven (7) years of commercial and/or industrial HVAC experience.
• Refrigeration certification (preferred).
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification (preferred).
