Job summary

Raffoul Heating & Air is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer for in-person work in Ohio. The role involves installing, servicing, and troubleshooting residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and thermostats, with emphasis on reliability and professional customer interaction.

The ideal candidate will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues using proper tools, maintain safe job sites, and drive between job sites as required.

Qualifications

• HVAC field experience required.
• EPA certification preferred/required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC electrical and mechanical problems.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and outdoor conditions.
• Must be reliable, professional, and able to show up on time.
• Residential HVAC experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, maintain, and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems.

Raffoul Heating & Air is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician / Installer to join our team. This position is best for someone who has strong hands‑on experience with residential/commerical HVAC systems, can troubleshoot confidently, and takes pride in doing clean, reliable work.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and basic electrical troubleshooting. We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional with customers, and able to work efficiently while still doing the job correctly.
