Midwestern Mechanical, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to perform service, repair, installation, and maintenance of HVAC systems across residential, commercial, and industrial environments. You will work independently and in teams, guiding apprentices and ensuring safety and quality workmanship.

The role emphasizes diagnostics, customer communication, and accurate reporting, with opportunities to train others and contribute to project success.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Field experience in residential and commercial HVAC preferred.
• Boiler experience in residential and/or commercial applications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Install, service, and maintain piping systems (iron, steel, copper, PVC).
• Explain service findings and pricing to customers.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to apprentices.
• Respond to emergency service calls.
• Ensure safety and PPE compliance.
• Collect payment per procedures.
• Write detailed daily job reports.
