Responsibilities include maintaining and servicing furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, providing accurate estimates, and educating customers on system operation while upholding high standards of craftsmanship.

Qualifications

• Two+ years in residential HVAC service, maintenance, or installation.
• EPA Universal or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and diagnostics.
• Excellent communication and customer-first mindset.
• Clean driving record and valid license.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including furnaces, AC, and heat pumps.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure safety and local code compliance.
• Provide accurate estimates and timelines for repairs or installations.
• Educate customers on system operation and maintenance tips.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, and equipment in good condition.
• Document all work and communicate with team and clients.
