Job summary

Paschal Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Inc. is seeking an HVAC Service Technician to join our Tulsa team. You will service residential systems, educate customers on maintenance, and perform diagnostics and repairs to ensure optimal performance.

The role requires a valid Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman license, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent communication skills. We offer competitive pay, benefits, and ongoing training opportunities as part of a team‑oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Oklahoma HVAC Journeyman license is required.
• Strong ability to read and understand technical instructions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of HVAC equipment, safety practices, and diagnostic methods.

Responsibilities

• Report to customers’ homes on time with knowledge of the work.
• Educate customers on system use and maintenance; suggest additional services.
• Perform routine maintenance such as replenishing refrigerants and replacing filters.
• Install thermostats, dehumidifiers, or timers and instruct proper use.
• Replace components such as coils, compressors and controls.
• Use tools including electrical hand-tools, saws, drills, vacuums, and refrigerant gauges.
• Determine service requirements based on system operations and preventive maintenance experience.
• Complete work processes with safe working conditions and document outcomes.
• All other duties as assigned.
