Qualifications

• EPA certification required.
• Journeyman license required.
• 2+ years HVAC service experience preferred.
• Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems.
• Engage customers with conversations about improvements and upgrades.
• Present HVAC product/service recommendations and close related sales.
• Coordinate with dispatch and sales for scheduling and follow-up.
