Job summary

Applied Climate Solutions is seeking a motivated Service Technician to support startup, warranty and service repairs for HVAC equipment. The role covers preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and coordination with manufacturers and service partners.

The candidate should have at least 3 years of journey-level HVAC experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills. Travel for national accounts and training is required, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years of journey-level experience maintaining, repairing, and operating HVAC equipment.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Ability to read technical instructions, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities.
• Proficiency with computers and software applications used in HVAC service operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide startup and warranty support for factory equipment.
• Coordinate warranty claims with manufacturers and service partners.
• Manage parts procurement and coordination with manufacturers.
• Perform diagnostics, service, and upgrades on electronic controllers (e.g., MCS controllers).
• Travel as needed for national account projects and training opportunities.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Advise clients on additional services to improve equipment performance.
