Qualifications

• 1 year of residential HVAC service experience or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC codes and safety procedures.
• Experience managing a fleet vehicle and maintaining product inventory.
• Sales and customer service experience required.
• Must pass motor vehicle background check and drug screen.
• Excellent customer service skills; reliable and honest.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and determine repairs.
• Perform routine maintenance: cleaning, lubricating, and part replacement.
• Test system performance and efficiency with specialized tools.
• Install, repair, or replace defective HVAC components.
• Identify upgrades to improve performance and energy efficiency.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs.
• Comply with safety regulations while working on systems.
