Qualifications

• 1 year of HVAC technician experience or similar field.
• Must have a Valid Driver's license and clean MVR.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Ability to handle power tools and HVAC equipment safely.
• Willingness to work at construction sites and indoor/outdoor environments as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and repair of HVAC systems to identify issues and perform effective fixes.
• Maintenance tasks including cleaning, lubricating, and adjusting components for peak efficiency.
• Assist with installation of new systems, including handling equipment and wiring under supervision.
• Interact with customers professionally and explain services performed and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and inventory usage.
