Qualifications

• 2+ years HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Have basic HVAC tools in possession

Responsibilities

• Perform residential service, maintenance, tune-ups, inspections, and repairs
• Diagnose HVAC system issues and recommend solutions
• Complete service calls safely and to company standards
• Communicate with dispatch, customers, and internal teams
• Complete invoices and documentation accurately
• Close out jobs promptly after completion
• Keep company vehicle clean and organized
• Use ServiceTitan or similar software to manage work orders
• Participate in ongoing training to grow your career
