Arctic Air, part of TurnPoint Services, is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems in New Jersey. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential or light commercial HVAC service.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Proficient in diagnosing equipment and reading wiring diagrams.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoor environments.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
• Perform routine maintenance, safety inspections, and system tune-ups.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Explain options to customers and advise on repairs or replacements.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with codes and standards.
• Collaborate with dispatch and other technicians; participate in on-call rotation.
• Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and professional appearance.
