Element Heating & Cooling in Twin Falls, ID is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, maintain, and repair residential systems including furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and ductless units. You will perform warranty and emergency services, assist customers, and ensure all work meets quality standards.

Required is a minimum of 2 years HVAC experience, valid EPA certification, a valid driver’s license with insurable record, and a high school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C, ductless, ductwork).
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Educate customers on system performance, repairs, upgrades, and maintenance plans.
• Document installed equipment and service details (model, serial, test data, photos).
• Coordinate with dispatch to maintain schedule and communicate delays to customers.
• Follow safety and quality standards; use ladders and power/hand tools safely.
