Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required or preferred.
• EPA certification helpful but not required.
• 2+ years HVAC experience.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong time management and organization.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and computer literacy.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled maintenance and service on HVAC systems, including duct work.
• Submit customer invoices and document diagnostics on tablet.
• Maintain safety and professionalism with customers and team.
• Explain maintenance, repair and replacement options to clients.
• Operate company vehicles following laws and safety rules.
• Work flexible hours with on-call rotation, including weekends.
