Elite Heating and Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair residential systems, perform preventative maintenance, and educate customers on performance and solutions. The role offers flexible scheduling, no on-call duties, and day trips to job sites within driving distance of Bradenton, FL.

Base pay is up to $32/hour with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000, plus performance bonuses and the potential to earn $100,000+ annually for top technicians.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
