Job summary

Larry & Sons Inc. is hiring HVAC service technicians in Hagerstown, MD. Earn $25-$40+ per hour with incentives, with potential annual earnings between $70,000 and $175,000 depending on hours and bonuses.

We offer flexible schedules, fully stocked trucks, ongoing training, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and PTO. No on-call rotation—just one weekend every 12 weeks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of residential or light commercial HVAC experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical school is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining work performed and answering questions.
• Accurately document work orders, materials used, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with dispatch to ensure efficient scheduling and routing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.
