Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience servicing HVAC systems (residential and/or light commercial).
• Valid EPA Certification.
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to residential and light commercial service requests.
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on HVAC systems.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers about system issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all service visits.
