You must have 3+ years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver’s license. The role involves on-site work within a 20–30 mile radius and may include on-call emergencies and mentoring opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience required.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass DMV and background checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics as needed for diagnosis.
• Perform preventive maintenance and determine necessary repairs.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers.
• Work independently in the field and take ownership of service calls.
• Participate in emergency and on-call service when required.
