D&L LLC in Jackson, MS seeks an experienced HVAC Service Technician to support an industrial facility. The candidate should have 3+ years of HVAC service experience and an EPA Universal certification, plus a valid driver’s license and US work eligibility.

Compensation ranges from $30–$45/hour with weekly pay and full benefits, including company-paid medical/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, 401(k) match, a $500 tool allowance, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience in commercial or industrial settings.
• Strong troubleshooting experience across mechanical, electrical, and control systems in HVAC service work.
• Hands-on experience servicing RTUs, package units, and split systems.
• Commitment to safe field service practices.
• Experience mentoring entry-level technicians.
• EPA Universal certification.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
