Job summary

Polygon US is seeking a Service Technician to install, repair, and operate equipment supporting our Temporary Climate Solutions and Emergency Drying Services. Working under the assigned supervisor, you will set up and demobilize gear on project sites while upholding Polygon’s values of Integrity, Excellence and Empathy.

The role requires basic electrical, HVAC and mechanical skills, ability to perform physically demanding tasks, and willingness to travel on short notice, including 1–3 week

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of technical school or two years on the job experience in a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and basic mechanical skills. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to perform duties that are physical in nature.
• Willingness to work overtime as and when needed and to travel on short notice, sometimes for extended duration (typically 1-3 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and demobilize temporary climate control equipment on project sites
• While not working on assigned projects, utilize down time to maintain, and prepare equipment for upcoming projects
• Completion of Polygon Provided Training Requirements within the first 6 months of employment including OSHA 10-hour general industry, DOT physical and certification, forklift and aerial lift certification, and various safety courses
