All Hours Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to perform maintenance, service and repair on residential systems in the Reno/Sparks area. You will be dispatched from home with a company vehicle and be responsible for quality workmanship and clear communication with homeowners.

The role emphasizes safety testing, job site communication, and accurate documentation. A valid driver’s license and a background check are required; benefits include sign-on bonus and full health

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HVAC experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance checks and service HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot residential systems and diagnose repairs.
• Conduct safety tests including CO and natural gas leak checks.
• Provide clear information to homeowners before and after service.
• Collect payments and maintain truck inventory during daily tasks.

Troubleshooting various residential systems and diagnosing repair options. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others.
