Technical Responsibilities:

  • Accurately diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and light commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems

  • Perform routine maintenance and tune-ups on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns

  • Utilize tools, schematics, manuals, and tablets for system diagnostics and documentation

  • Install parts and perform system upgrades or replacements as needed

Customer-Focused Responsibilities:

  • Educate and guide customers on their HVAC system’s condition and their best repair or replacement options

  • Communicate clearly and professionally, providing upfront estimates and walking customers through the work performed

  • Build trust and rapport to foster long-term customer relationships

  • Provide honest, ethical recommendations in alignment with company standards

Team & Operational Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate service records, customer notes, and system diagnostics on company-provided tablet

  • Keep service van clean, stocked, and well-organized

  • Participate in ongoing training and stay up to date with industry best practices and technology

  • Collaborate with teammates to ensure top-tier service delivery across all departments

  • Be part of our on-call rotation and support customers during occasional evenings or weekends as needed

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on HVAC service experience

  • Deep understanding of residential HVAC systems

  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

  • EPA Certification required, NATE Certification a plus

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
