Qualifications:
  • Proven track record in heating and cooling systems including ability to draw simple diagrams, read blueprints and other diagrams.
  • 2+ years of service experience (residential and light commercial) HVAC system troubleshooting/repair
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High integrity with the strong desire to be better tomorrow than you are today.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
Responsibilities:
  • Build strong customer relationships by providing knowledge and understanding of new and existing customer needs and expectations.
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairing of residential and light commercial air conditioning and multi-zone heating and cooling systems
  • Troubleshoot and repair all electrical and mechanical components of HVAC equipment
  • Provides startups and troubleshooting for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
  • Explain replacement opportunities for aging, inefficient or underperforming systems.
  • Understand your service criteria and hold yourself accountable for exceeding revenue goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck.
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards, curbside feedback, and option sheets.
  • Participate actively in all training exercises, continued education, morning meetings, trade shows and retreats.
