We are an independent residential and light-commercial contractor in Hamilton, NJ (add-on & replacement, no new construction). We have been in business since 2004, and in addition to heating & cooling services, we are also a licensed Plumbing and Electrical contractor. Qualifications/Duties

• 3+ years previous experience in HVAC or other related fields. Experience working for residential service companies like ours is preferred.
• Respond to service requests from customers, following dispatch, by taking appropriate action, including diagnosis and repair
• Perform routine maintenance tune-ups on heating & cooling systems, water heaters and generators for customers
• Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams

• Friendly, personable, and responsive to customer concerns. We are looking for people who will take pride in their work and enjoy making our customers smile
• Valid social security card, driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Must agree to a background and drug check
• Ability to follow proper safety techniques, policies and procedures
• Attention to detail and a desire to get every job done right the first time
• Ability to handle physical workload (e.g. maneuvering heavy objects, climbing ladders, working in small spaces)
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
