Job summary

Wilson Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician in St. Augustine, FL to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.

You will work with a team to deliver high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience, EPA certification, and strong diagnostic skills. A valid driver’s license and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification is required.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong diagnostic and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC equipment and components as needed.
• Test electrical circuits and components to verify proper operation.
• Provide clear and professional explanations of issues, solutions, and maintenance tips to customers.
• Accurately document all work performed, including parts used and time spent.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards during installations and repairs.
• Respond to emergency service calls as needed.
