Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will perform diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and upgrades on residential HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems in residential settings.
• Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades.
• Communicate effectively with customers, offering recommendations and addressing concerns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of customers and team members.

Qualifications:

• Valid HVAC license.
• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
• Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours and participate in on-call rotations.
• Physical ability to lift equipment (minimum of 50 pounds).
