Current Opportunity: HVAC Service Technician

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Use hand-tools, blueprints, or engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
3. Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
4. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
5. Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating on-site work.
6. Inspect and maintain vehicles, keeping records of service, scheduling, and repairs.
7. Inspect equipment for signs of wear, notify customer or Operations Manager of findings.
8. Complete paperwork for each job, maintain files, and record work details including parts, materials, labor, and costs.
9. Serve as a direct customer contact, representing the company professionally.
10. Determine parts needed for repairs and their timeliness.
11. Maintain current knowledge of products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service, and repair.
12. Read and interpret product specifications.
13. Provide technical support to customers.
14. Work overtime or weekends as necessary.
15. Travel regularly, including some overnight stays, as needed.
