- Provide accurate estimates and close service-related sales opportunities with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with dispatchers and project managers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain a well-stocked truck and keep accurate inventory.
- Actively participate in training sessions and morning meetings.
- Submit accurate, timely invoices, timecards, feedback, and option sheets.

Qualifications for the Experienced HVAC Service Technician:
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional technical service while consistently driving high sales performance through expert product knowledge, customer rapport, and solution-oriented recommendations.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude and pride in your work.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- 5+ years of HVAC experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check and drug test.
- Availability for on-call rotation.
