THE JOB

As HVAC Service Technician, you are a key front‑line member of our team responsible for taking care of our customers by providing them with the highest quality service and maintenance of their home’s HVAC systems.

Our office team will have your back and help ensure you have sufficient time with each customer to do a thorough and complete job.

We employ a front‑line service system that helps us consistently generate 5‑star reviews and exemplifies our code of values by showing respect and courtesy to all customers and team members.

Once you’re up to speed, we’d love nothing more than to take a hands‑off approach and let you do your thing (after the morning huddle, that is)! But if you need to bounce something off the other team members, or if you want the office staff to run interference, we’re here to support you.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Ensure proper and efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary parts
• Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed
• Keep company vehicle and equipment clean, properly serviced, and in good working condition
• Complete and turn in invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required
• Perform other duties as needed, which may include cross‑training in related positions

REQUIREMENTS

• HVAC and refrigeration knowledge and 3‑5 years’ experience
• CFC certification is a plus (or we can help you get it!)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs. independently
• Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners in non‑technical terms
• Willingness to communicate with office staff regarding customer needs
• Neat, professional appearance and polite demeanor
