Job summary

W3Global in Vancouver, WA seeks a HVAC Journeyman to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems. You will lead a team of technicians, oversee job sites, and ensure safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong communication with customers and vendors, ability to work independently, and a commitment to quality. Preference for 5+ years, EPA Type II certification, electrical license, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

Position: HVAC Journeyman

Location: Vancouver, WA (Serving the Portland/Vancouver Metro Area)

Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems.


• Lead and manage a designated team of HVAC technicians.

Systems & Equipment Experience

Candidates should have experience working with:

• Commercial Package Units


• Heat Pumps


• VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) Systems


• Hydronic Systems


• HVAC Controls


• Boilers and Chillers (highly preferred)

Qualifications
