Job summary

The Maynor Service Company is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial systems. You will deliver outstanding service and help customers understand repair options on every visit.

We offer competitive pay ($75,000–$120,000 per year), health benefits, paid holidays and vacation, a company vehicle for qualified technicians, uniforms, and ongoing training. EPA Type I certification is required; NATE is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ HVAC service experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and committed to quality workmanship.
• NATE Certification is a plus—great attitude and willingness to learn matter.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to keep customers comfortable year-round.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues with confidence.
• Clearly explain repair options and recommendations to customers.
• Complete service calls accurately while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every visit.
