CURRENT OPPORTUNITY: HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Job Responsibilities & Requirements

• Service products and equipment on assigned projects, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Use hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
• Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer locations.
• Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacements, and modifications as requested.
• Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layouts, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials, and coordinating work.
• Inspect vehicles, check condition and cleanliness.
• Maintain vehicles with records of service, scheduling, and repairs.
• Inspect equipment for wear, notify management of findings.
• Complete paperwork for each job and maintain files.
• Serve as a direct customer contact, representing the company.
• Determine parts needed for repairs and their timeliness.
• Record parts, materials, labor, and costs per assignment, and return unused resources.
• Submit all paperwork and reports timely.
• Stay current on product installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• Read and interpret product specifications.
• Provide technical support to customers.
• Work overtime/weekends as necessary.
• Travel regularly with some overnight stays as needed.
